What this landing page collects
The public landing page does not intentionally collect personal data from visitors. We do not run advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, newsletter forms, or tracking cookies on this page.
Operational logs
Like most web servers, our hosting infrastructure may process limited technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and response status. This is used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and uptime monitoring.
Cookies and tracking
The public landing and legal pages are configured not to start a Laravel session. They do not need a cookie banner because they do not set non-essential tracking cookies or collect consent-dependent marketing data.
Your rights
If GDPR or another privacy law applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data. Because the landing page has no public account system or forms, most visitor requests will relate only to operational logs where they are technically identifiable and still retained.

The full KinoCut editing experience lives in the mobile app. App-specific privacy terms are published through the appropriate app distribution channels.
